Returns and Refunds - Policy

Gorge Fly Shop, Inc. will make every effort within reason to ensure you are satisfied with our service and products. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it in new condition within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Items covered by a manufacturer warranty must be sent to that manufacturer for warranty claims.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued minus our original shipping cost. All merchandise must be returned unused in original packaging.

• Fly lines removed from their spool or installed on a reel cannot be returned for a refund.
• Any free fly line removed from its spool/installed on a reel cannot be returned; the line value will be deducted from the refund. This also applies to backing that has been installed on a reel—backing value will be deducted from the refund.
• Once fly line or backing is removed from the manufacturer spool/packaging, it is considered used and cannot be resold as new.
