SteelheadBum.com shipping policy: free domestic shipping on most $50+ orders, standard rates under $50, international shipping options, and oversized item exclusions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone when necessary to protect our business and our customers.

Free Domestic Shipping

Most orders of $50.00 or more shipped within the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii ship free. Extra shipping charges may apply to oversized items or items shipped outside the lower 48 states.

Items Ship Standard Ground based on your area, item size, and cost.

  • $0 – $49.99: Shipping Charge $7.95
  • $50 and up: Free Shipping - most items

Most orders ship same or next business day. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you immediately. Need it faster? Contact us to arrange expedited shipping—costs will be quoted at that time.

International Shipping

We do not ship SIMMS or G. Loomis products outside the United States.

Most international orders ship via USPS International when size and weight allow. Items exceeding USPS limits may ship by UPS or another surface method.

Standard International Shipping

  • Orders under $750: $75.00 flat-rate
  • Orders $750 and up: **Free standard

UPS International (Optional)

UPS is faster and more reliable, but usually costs more. We can ship UPS by request. Extra charges may apply.

**Oversized / Heavy Items

Oversized or heavy items may not qualify for standard rates. Additional shipping charges may be required. Contact us before ordering for an estimate. Examples include (but are not limited to) luggage, bags, boats, float tubes, rod tubes, and nets.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and import fees.

Most orders ship next business day. International delivery time is not guaranteed and may not include customs delays.

Theft of Delivered Packages

SteelheadBum.com is responsible for shipping orders to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or otherwise missing after delivery (including from mailboxes, porches, or similar locations).
