The "Vintage" model of the Burkheimer "Trout Spey" rods has that same sweet action as the "Classic" model, with the same taper but built with different blank color and components.  The translucent black blank color is stunning, especially outside in the sunlight. A truly beautiful rod that is a joy to fish with. 

The 3113-4 Vintage is Burkheimer’s feather-touch trout-spey: 11'3" / 3-weight with a smooth, progressive load that sings with soft hackles, precise Scandi work, and compact Skagit heads for small weighted flies. Hand-built in the PNW with Vintage cosmetics and timeless hardware.
