Built for the river and useful just about everywhere, NRS 1-inch HD Tie-Down Straps have been securing raft frames and gear since 1978. The design is simple for a reason: tough polypropylene webbing, a dependable cam buckle and no complicated ratchet mechanism to fight with. Keep a few different lengths handy and they quickly become one of those pieces of gear you reach for on boats, trailers, roof racks, around camp and at home.
The UV-protected webbing resists stretching when wet and is rated to a 1,500-pound minimum breaking strength with a 500-pound working load limit. NRS uses a custom cam buckle with dual stainless-steel springs for a firm, even grip, while the strap length is easy to identify at a glance. Iconic Blue versions also have the length woven directly into the webbing.
